What is Future tense?
Future = after now.
When you ask someone, 'Shall we meet tomorrow?'
You are talking about the future. This could be tomorrow or after some time.
There are four types of future tense.
1. Future Indefinite
Anything that will happen in the future.
Format - Sub+shall/will+verb+obj
Examples:
We shall meet tomorrow.
He will come tomorrow.
They will arrive on time.
2. Future Continuous tense
When something will be in progress in the Future, you can use this tense.
Format- Sub+shall/will+be+verb+inj+obj
Examples:
I shall be working on my projects tomorrow.
He will be cooking in the evening.
3. Future Perfect Tense
When an action will be completed in the future, this tense can be used.
Format- sub+shall/will+have+v3+obj
Example:
They will have finished their dinner.
I shall have finished my homework.
Their is no practical use of the Future Perfect Continuous Tense. But here is the format of it.
Sub+shall/will+have+been+verb+ing+onj
