Although they sound same but they belong to different field in case of meaning.
The words are CACHE and CASH.
Cash means physical currency. Just like in India we have rupees, coins. And we use them to buy products.
Ex- I don't have cash withme. Can I use cards?
On the other hand, cache is a software component. It stores data to ensure faster response in future request. But sometime too much of cache data makes the device slow.
Ex- Make sure to clean the cached data occasionally for smooth application usage.
