Get at- To reach or gain access to something/someone
(पहुँचना, किसी चीज़/किसी व्यक्ति तक पहुँचना या पहुँच प्राप्त करना
The berries are hanging high up and I can't get at them.

Get away- To leave or escape from a person or place

Eample : Sometimes, you just need to get away from it all. A quick weekend trip to the mountains or the beach can be a great way to escape the daily grind. It helps clear your head and recharge before heading back to your routine, feeling refreshed and ready for anything.
Get down- Descend, To move from a higher to a lower position

When the train will stop, kindly get down from the train.

Get out- To leave or exit a place

Get over-Overcome, recover
(काबू पाना, उबरना)

example : He's finding it hard to get over his recent breakup. With time and support, she hopes to get over the disappointment.
Get through- Succeed, To deal with difficult situation.

Get up- Rise
(उठना)
He is a morning person. He gets up at 4 a.m. daily.
example : I usually get up early to go for a run. She needs to get up and prepare for her meeting soon.
